After watching the craze over her Mothers famous recipe for years, a light bulb finally went off for founder, Taylor Blue, "Let's take the best part of a latke and turn it into a shelf-stable crunchy snack to be enjoyed year round."

With a deep-rooted passion for bringing people together through food, Taylor set out to share her Mother’s recipe with the world, but with a twist of bringing innovation to the age-old recipe and making it accessible for everyone.
